The Campaign for Home Energy Assistance is a coalition representing advocates for LIHEAP — social service agencies, utilities and energy industry trade associations — and works in Washington, D.C., to advocate for the program nationally and ensure that it receives adequate federal funding. Children's Sentinel Nutrition Assessment Project (C-SNAP) website
C-SNAP is a multi-site network of pediatricians and child health professionals conducting research to inform policy decisions that protect young children from hunger and poor health. C-SNAP's mission is achieved through ongoing research on young low-income children and their families, dissemination to policy makers and advocacy groups, and outreach and intervention for individual families in need. Covering All Families
A CDF Minnesota-developed website that screens families for eligibility for the Energy Assistance Program (and other public programs), as well as providing information about how to enroll. Families can download the application from this website.

Energy CENTS Coalition
The mission of the Energy CENTS Coalition is to promote affordable utility service for low- and fixed-income Minnesotans, to ensure the basic necessity of energy to all citizens, and to encourage the participation of low- and fixed-income citizens in energy issues and energy related decision-making. National Energy Assistance Directors' Association (NEADA)
The National Energy Assistance Directors' Association (NEADA) is the primary educational and policy organization for the state and tribal directors of LIHEAP. Site also contains news updates about LIHEAP funding and other issues. Click here.

National Fuel Funds Network (NFFN)
The National Fuel Funds Network (NFFN) consists of nonprofit agencies, utilities, and government representatives that provide utility bill assistance raised as charitable donations. Fuel funds are the providers of last resort to families whose federal energy assistance has expired. At the national level, NFFN promotes all types of energy assistance programs--including fuel funds--and advocates for fair home energy policies. Click here.

Salvation Army's HeatShare Program
HeatShare is a voluntary nongovernmental program of The Salvation Army. HeatShare provides emergency assistance with heating and utility bills and emergency furnace repairs on a year-round basis. Financial support is provided by donations from utility customers who voluntarily contribute through their monthly utility bills or by one time donations. Click here.
